I love singing and harmony, and still work on voice and vocal technique.My musical life has been filled with solo and ensemble music a wide range of styles: folk, country, bluegrass, rock and roll, barbershop, musical theater, and opera.
I tend to favor group music with close harmony like the Louvin and Everly Brothers, and Peter, Paul, and Mary, but many more genres are in my repertoire like bluegrass, classic country, swing and songs in foreign languages. My own material as a singer songwriter late in life incorporates some of those styles.
In addition to playing regularly solo and in ensembles when musical opportunities arise. teaching each voice and ukulele also engages my musical life.
